Matthew is an honors graduate of Plymouth State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor concentration in Pre-law. Matthew received his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2016 and has been with Chappell and Chappell ever since. Matthew is a devoted member of the Newport County, Rhode Island, and American Bar Associations, and strives to accomplish the most favorable resolution for each client.
